Our Cabernet Sauvignon is the leading varietal on Waterford Estate, thanks to the optimal terroir found on the slopes of the Helderberg Mountain. Our region is known as the golden triangle, due to the number of award-winning wines it produces. The Helderberg is widely considered as the top Cabernet producing area in the country. Our Cabernet Sauvignon is characterised by earthy aromatics, well-textured tannins and fresh finishes.
