Every sip of our wine reflects our commitment to quality and sustainability. With ecological balance at the heart of our vineyard practices, supported by our Integrated Production of Wine (IPW) certification, we embrace sustainable techniques to enhance grape quality and safeguard the environment.

Our regenerative approach

Our focus is on practices that promote soil health and biodiversity. We grow cover crops to reduce soil erosion and enhance water quality. Our livestock aerates the soil, while ladybugs naturally manage pests, supporting our organic approach. We also replace alien species with WWF-approved indigenous trees.

I cannot recommend this experience enough, but be sure to go there hungry and with enough time to fully enjoy the experience, which lasts about 3+ hours. You get to sample a wonderful variety of their wines in different settings around the estate. The settings are beautiful, and the wines are fantastic. All the staff are friendly and helpful, even when we contacted them from the UK. “Bursting from the glass with juicy layers of complex dark fruit essences of blackberry jus and spiced plum compote, the 2016 The Jem offers gobs of sappy purple flowers and elegant oak essences. Full-bodied, firm and juicy, the palate is ripe, plush and still tannic before revealing layers of succulent red fruit tones that glide to an elegant and robust finish. It's a devastatingly gorgeous wine that has me craving flame-kissed ribeyes.”
